In his dual roles as Head of Recruitment for medical professionals and Director of In-House Training, he is responsible for identifying and attracting high-caliber clinical talent while developing structured training programs designed to elevate clinical competency, strengthen care standards, and ensure operational consistency across healthcare teams.

Dr. Chan’s expertise spans the full spectrum of healthcare administration, including clinical workforce development, operational leadership, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance in patient and resident care services. His strategic leadership has consistently enhanced organizational performance, improved care delivery systems, and strengthened workforce effectiveness.

She drives operational initiatives, implements policies and training programs, monitors performance metrics, and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery, financial efficiency, and continuous quality improvement. Known for her strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, she guides multidisciplinary teams, streamlines workflows, and fosters a culture of excellence.
